This high intensity program will also incorporate full body functional lifts. This full-body routine will help train every major muscle group in the body, including abdominals. These lifts will mostly be comprised of compound movements. Compound lifts will demand a lot of energy and burn more calories, significantly adding to the high intensity routine.
