INSTRUCTIONS for USE:   You do NOT have to have or use a PayPal 'account' to use our online payment   system.  Please read the following instructions before you begin: 1.  Click on the PayPal button below to begin the payment process. 2.  Enter the amount you want to pay and click 'update total'. 3.  If you have a PayPal account, enter your PayPal e-mail and password info      in the appropriate space. 4.  If you do NOT have a PayPal account, skip that step and click the Continue      button at the bottom of the page. (you do NOT need to create a PayPal      account) 5.  Enter the requested credit card information and complete your payment. 6.  IMPORTANT:  Print out your receipt and make a copy to bring to the facility.     To avoid concerns about online payments - payment is not considered      complete until we receive this copy.    Your credit card will NOT be charged until you enter the requested     information  and you select the SUBMIT button on PayPal.
